Changes related to the order, delivery, and pick-up

  • Do not hesitate to get in touch with the Kakao Talk Channel or Instagram DM for order, delivery, and pick-up changes.
  • We do not accept requests for sudden modifications or changes.

Request modification and cancellation

  • For modification and cancellation requests, do not hesitate to contact the chatbot before every Saturday.
  • A sudden change of address is difficult to provide accurate delivery service and customer satisfaction.

Order Closing

  • The deadline time is every Friday 10pm.
  • Except for special cases, we do not accept additional orders.

Delivery

  • Free shipping for orders over $95.
  • A shipping fee of $5 will be added for the less than $95 purchase amount.
  • For condo residents: We can only deliver to the lobby.
  • Please leave an ice box or bag outside the door when you are out.

Pick-up order

  • Pick-up is available Thursday – Saturday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • The pick-up address is 4475 Chesswood Dr., North York.

  • After the purchase, we will email you regards order details.
  • Do not hesitate to contact the chatbot for delivery information and delivery time inquiries.
  • New menu will update every Tuesday.
